The Customer Portal is where your orders live after checkout. Download your barcode images, register your products, redirect your QR codes, and update your GTIN certificate whenever you like. It’s free for every Barcode 1 Australia customer.

Setting up your account

Register using the same email address you used when you ordered. This is what links your orders to your account.
Verify your email. Check your junk folder if the link doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
Log in. Your orders will be waiting.

What you can do

Orders and images. View any past order and re-download your barcodes in PNG, PDF and SVG formats. You can also forward an order to your designer or printer.
Product registration. Add or edit your product and company details, and publish them to the International Barcodes Database and IBN Verified. Free with every EAN-13 and UPC package.
Dynamic QR codes. Point a code at a new URL without reprinting a label, and restyle its colours, frames and shapes in the designer. Dynamic codes run for two years, and you can renew yours in the portal when the time comes rather than ordering again through the shop — a renewal fee applies.
ITF-14 carton codes. See each carton code next to the retail barcode it came from, with your own notes against it.
GTIN certificate. Change the company name on your certificate after a rebrand or transfer — useful when a retailer or distributor asks for proof of ownership in your current trading name.

One portal for the whole network

Every licensee in the International Barcodes Network shares this portal. Wherever you bought your barcodes, and whichever country you bought them in, they all appear in the one account. If some orders were placed under a different email address, link them, and they will show up alongside the rest.
