Custom QR codes
Standard QR codes, although easily recognisable, can be an ugly part of product labelling or your design. We can make your QR code with colour and logos to better match your brand image.
If you have a skilled designer, they can modify the QR codes for you. However, this is often expensive, and sometimes they can inadvertently damage the actual QR code, rendering it unscannable.
We have dedicated designers who can provide custom QR code designs for you.
This product includes;
- A static or dynamic QR code (see below for the difference between static and dynamic)
- QR code images are supplied in 3 formats (PDF, PNG & SVG)
In the comments box on the checkout page, please provide information about your company’s brand and how you plan to utilise the QR code. Please let us know the colours you would like. Please email us your logo as a PNG or JPEG file. Then our designers can create a custom QR code for you.
The cost of a Custom QR Code is $60. Any additional design time is charged at $ 15 per hour.

There are limits to the changes we can make to a QR code, as the overriding aim is to maintain its ability to be scanned. We can introduce two colours (with gradients), add a custom logo to the centre and alter the QR code’s foreground elements.

Static and Dynamic
STATIC QR Codes
Static QR codes encode your URL directly in the QR code. They are permanent. They will work as long as your website URL doesn’t change. They can’t be changed, as the URL is encoded directly in the QR Code. They have unlimited scans. Static QR codes can also be used for things other than URLs, such as encoding text, v-business cards, sending emails, or SMS messages.DYNAMIC QR Codes
These utilise our Dynamic QR Code service, which allows the target URL to be changed repeatedly in the future if necessary.- Unlimited scans: Scans of the Dynamic QR Code are UNLIMITED so long as you don’t abuse the QR code with millions of scans that cause technical problems, such as crashed servers.
- Functions for life: The Dynamic QR Code, with its redirection capability, will function FREE for two years and will continue to function after that for as long as you pay a two-yearly fee of $15.
- Unlimited redirection of the target URL: You can redirect the URL as often as you wish via our customer portal.
- Custom Tracking Reports: You can pay us for tracking reports, with prices depending on frequency, report complexity, and the number of QR codes being tracked. Please inquire for details.

DYNAMIC QR Codes
- Encodes via a host link URL to land on your URL, e.g. https://myqr.pro/1234, which directs immediately to your target URL https://yourwebsite.com/sale
- Functions for life: It will function for the first two years and continue to function if you pay a hosting fee every two years.
- FREE unlimited redirection of the target URL: When you make an initial purchase, specify a URL. After that, you can redirect your dynamic QR code via our website portal at any time, day or night.
- Unlimited scans are available so long as you don’t abuse the QR code with millions of scans that cause technical problems, such as crashed servers. Please see our fair use policy.
- $50 gets you two years of tracking. Tracking shows how often and in which country your QR code is scanned. To learn more about tracking, please see TRACKING REPORTS.
- Dynamic QR codes are ideal for changing the target URL for links to technical reports, marketing promotions, competitions, or new listings.
STATIC QR Codes

Verification Reports
Barcode verification reports for your barcodes. You will need to post a sample of your final product packaging (or your product’s printed barcode labels) to us, because the verification test has to be done on your final printed barcode. Our postal address is available on our contact us page.
